The article offers information on the two-year correctional fellowship training program for correctional medicine offered by Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in Florida. It notes that Phyllis Anderson-Wright was the first family physician who finished the Correctional Medicine Fellowship in March 2010. It details that the program trains qualified physicians on various practice in prison setting including interpersonal communication skills, mortality review, and quality of health care delivery.
