The author comments on where scientific papers should ideally get published. Russian scientists have been appealed by the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Yu.S. Osipov, to publish their papers in Russian. The author says that there are first-class journals in Russian and foreigners take it as a great honor to publish papers in these journals.
