MULTILATERAL APPROACHES TO NUCLEAR DISARMAMENT: PLANNING THE NEXT STEPS.

The article focuses on the multilateral strategies and other initiatives to nuclear disarmament in the U.S. and Russia. It says that one of the agenda is the strategic offensive arms reduction treaty between the U.S. and Russia which will be discussed at the 2010 Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) Review Conference to be held on May 3, 2010. It adds that during the said conference the implementation of the 1995 Review Conference Resolution on the Middle East will also be tackled.
