District Strives for 'Learning System'.

The article focuses on the endeavors of the professional-development committee of the school system of Lexington, Massachusetts to improve their instructional systems. The group aims to ensure that high quality teacher training is realized in which teachers will improve their skills to alter their teaching instructions by looking at the works of their students that may also improved their teaching practices.
