Abstract

The article presents a study on the sprint running ability of collegiate women soccer players, which is used in evaluating the athletic potential of athletes. Methods used include electronic timing system, statistical analysis, and interclass correlation coefficient (ICC). Result shows that 30% of body weight assistance (BWA) with elastic cord helps in decreasing the sprint times in distance of 15 yards (yd).
