It notes the possibility that efforts to reform public finances will be hampered by intra-coalition tensions. During the 2011-2015 forecast period, public debt is expected to be below 45% of gross domestic product (GDP). Also expected is a three percent real GDP growth amid a recovery in consumer spending.
