Abstracts of Technical Papers.

The article presents abstracts of technical papers on plant science presented at the 8th Canadian Pulse Research Workshop in Calgary, Alberta which include the effect of the consumption of a pulse-based diet on cardiovascular disease risk factors in older adults, the production of soybean in southern Alberta and the use of physiological and molecular approaches in improving chickpea productivity under drought.
