Abstract

The article explores the print market and differentiates how direct mail and marketing communications in the past compared with the multiple media at present in the U.S. It notes on the challenges faced by envelope manufacturers from the different countries' postal systems in 2010. It tells how the paper industry struggled as businesses continue to get rid of paper as the trend in digital technology emerged. As with other print markets, quick pick-up and customized work has become the trend.
