Abstract

The article offers information on how to manage neurological deficit after a peripheral regional anaesthetic. It suggests that the first step is to urgently consult a radiologist to prevent a compressive, and so easily remediable, cause. It mentions that the neurologist can also offer an introduction to neurophysiologists, performing electromyography and nerve conduction studies.
