Abstract
- The paper presents results of studies of the dielectric response and structure of the PbCo1/3Nb2/3O3 (PCN) crystal. Analysis of the dielectric response at frequencies ranging from 10 Hz to 50 kHz has revealed a considerable dispersion in a wide temperature interval. Anomalies in the temperature dependences of ε' and ε'' in the vicinity of 350, 250, and 130 К have been observed. It is shown that the anomaly near 250 K can be attributed to the transition into a relaxor ferroelectric state, whereas the anomaly at 130 K occurs nearby to the antiferromagnetic phase transition. The behaviour of the dielectric response in the vicinity of 350 К requires further studies. The PCN crystal structure at room temperature has been refined. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
