Abstract
- The article discusses research on the relations between geographic variation and racial/ethnic disparities in colorectal cancer (CRC) screening among Medicare patients. An up-to-date CRC screening was conducted among Medicare enrollees within 8 U.S. states on December 31, 2003. Results revealed that racial-ethnic disparities among black and Asian/Pacific Islanders Medicare enrollees varies geographically across the country.
