Abstract
- In this article the author discusses series of proposals for reform in the welfare system of Great Britain and its geographical impact. It states that the proposals include topics regarding the reduction of housing benefits level, limitations on council tax benefits, and time limitation support and employment for persons capable of working. It also mentions the uneven geography of welfare benefits and the little geographical analysis of the impact of the government's welfare proposals.
