This article features the experience of Broaddus & Associates Inc. of Austin, Texas, in delivering data from the construction phase into the life-cycle model. Hyde Griffith, vice president for BIM services at the firm, found that the delivery of data was not as challenging as he once feared. The firm attributes the process to the introduction of relatively easy-to-use tools and process adjustments.
