Abstract

This article explores the increasing popularity of digital tablet devices in the enterprise market. Since the successful launching of Apple's iPad, more mobile device and computer makers are seen aggressively marketing their own tablet devices for corporate users. These new products include the Research in Motion's Playbook and Cisco's Android platform-based Cius. With the availability of various downloadable applications and competitive price, tablet devices are expected to get a bigger slice of the corporate market in the future.
