TECHNIQUE OF CONFUSION.

The article offers a review of the Communist propaganda as of June 1946. It discusses the objectives and tactics of Communism which allegedly operates on confusion and chaos, criticizes the American economic system and covers up the Russian expansionist policy. In relation to Communist quotations of professed liberals for their goals, the author calls on American liberals to reassess their position because he contends that they have often fallen by the Communist line.
