Abstract
- The article presents a study on the use of Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) and 3 micrometer particle columns in analyzing drugs in the U.S. in 2011. It notes the experiment using a UHPLC system which is equipped with Cadenza CD-C18 HT column. It reveals the importance of the study in facilitating highly selective analysis of pharmaceuticals and biomarkers at unprecedented speeds.
