A new realism in trade with Russia.

In this article, the author discusses the 1976-1980 economic plan of Soviet Union. The author mentions that U.S. exporters are not glad of the economic plan. The author notes that the economic plan has opened opportunities for some U.S. companies particularly in the agricultural machinery and plant replacement businesses. The author cites that the plan will expect a growth in foreign trade by 30 to 35 percent.
