Abstract

The article focuses on the conflicts faced by executives and their employees regarding company loyalty as an effect of the World War II crisis. It says that after the war, company loyalty was damaged along with the rising of self-interest among executives. Hence, the company loyalty on the part of executives changes the management process within the company. It also mentions that the said conflict was worsened by the greatly increased demand for management talent in the government and industry.
