Abstract
- The article presents the author's comments and suggestions regarding sauvignon blanc. The author states that its most popular variety hails from New Zealand and is pale in colour. According to the him, sauvignon blanc's best work is done alongside food. Information on methoxypyrazines, that are chemical compounds producing distinct odours in certain fruit and vegetables, is also given.
