The article offers information on the plan laid down by the secretary at the U.S. Department of Commerce Henry A. Wallace on reorganization of the Commerce department. It mentions that the reorganization is based on intensive development of world trade. It informs that Wallace has built the new Office of International Trade Operation to control the functions of trade which have been transferred by the U.S. Foreign Economic Administration (FDA) to the Commerce Department.
