Abstract
- The article presents a profile of Peter Thiel, a venture capitalist and hedge fund investor who is known for his promotion of technological innovations through his charitable Thiel Foundation. Thiel's libertarian sympathies and contrarian views on higher education are described. He has started a fellowship program for entrepreneurial teenagers which requires them to leave college.
