The Economist Intelligence Unit Ltd. believes that the coalition government can address the structural public finance deficit because of its solid parliamentary majority. The firm expects the government to initiate fiscal consolidation and reforms to pensions, healthcare and education. It also forecasts that the country's real gross domestic product will grow three percent per year during the period.
