Abstract
- The author reflects on quality papers in multimedia processing which were submitted during the 2nd International Conference on Image and Signal Processing (CISP) held in Tianjin, China on October 17-19, 2009. The author states that 30 countries and regions participated in the conference and out of 1,092 papers, 30 were selected. The author mentions some of the 17 papers accepted for multimedia research like 3-dimensional (3D) clinical planning system by S. P. Sun, Y. J. Chou, and Y. H. Chiu.
