The future of work. Technological, economic and social changes.

As has been shown in this paper, there are a wide variety of consequences of technological and social change on the personnel structure and personnel qualification in industry. These consequences are not bound to be negative for both labour and management. In order to master them, however, it will be necessary for both sides to look at the problems in their entirety and react flexibly. We hope this article will help to achieve this aim.
