Abstract
- The article reports that the U.S. Federal reserve is being criticized for failing to bring long-term lending rates down. According to economic experts, when business declines, long-tern interest rates should also come down to moderate the slump. It is said that the interest rates began falling in mid April, but it is too late now as the higher rates have already discouraged investments.
