Abstract

The article focuses on a study related to prostate-specific antigen (PSA)-detected prostate cancer and the potential for dedifferentiation. The study reflects on the estimation of proportion of the Gleason score tumors with progressive potential. The study reveals that in prostate cancer, the histological grading which is based on the Gleason score is associated with the future biological behavior and prognosis. Several charts and diagrams related to the same are also presented.
