LA INFLUENCIA DE LA LEGISLACIÓN Y DOCTRINA ESPAÑOLA EN EL PROYECTO DE LEY NACIONAL DEL TRABAJO DE JOAQUÍN V. GONZÁLEZ (1904).

This article examines the Spanish court case of Joaquín v. González in 1904, which was sent to the executive branch for consideration by the Spanish government, and its influence on legislation related to the National Labor Project Act in Spain. It discusses the legal precedence of the case, including the Spanish Occupational Healths and Safety Act of 1900, which was also sent to the executive branch of government.
