Abstract
- This article examines the Spanish court case of Joaquín v. González in 1904, which was sent to the executive branch for consideration by the Spanish government, and its influence on legislation related to the National Labor Project Act in Spain. It discusses the legal precedence of the case, including the Spanish Occupational Healths and Safety Act of 1900, which was also sent to the executive branch of government. The author analyzes the importance of the case in the development of an institution to deal with labor issues and reforms in Spain.
