Abstract
- The article discusses the development of C919 twinjet by Commercial Aircraft Corp. of China Ltd. (Comac) and the company's effort to finish the project on its deadline in 2014. It explores the project's joint definition phase as well as the three phases of testing its engines. It says that Comac has partnered with several suppliers for the project including CFM International SA, Rockwell Collins, and GE Aviation. It says that the jet will probably grab a fair share in the international market.
