Abstract: The article presents a case study of a 62-year-old man with a background of atrial fibrillation, aorto-femoral bypass surgery, type 2 diabetes and hypothyroidism. Results of his physical examination, electrocardiogram, echocardiography, and chest radiograph are revealed. It discusses the diagnosis and treatment of hypothyroidism. INSET: Case Report.
