SMC Chief: Satellite And Terminal Availabilities Not Critically Out of Sync.

The article presents the views of executive director of U.S. Air Force Space Command's Space and Missile System Center (SMC), Doug Loverro, on the impact of satellite and terminal availabilities. He states that the satellite and terminal programs caused end dates to get out of step. He, however, believes that the impact is not severe enough to obstruct the overall lengthy process from launch to operational capability.
