Scientific Conferences in the Republics; A Conference on Science and Practice in the Tatar ASSR; Twelfth Conference on Scientific Education in Georgia.

In the middle of July in this year the Ministry of Education and the Institute for Advanced Training of Teachers in Tataria, conducted, in collaboration with the V. I. Lenin Institute at Moscow, a scientific and practical conference on problems of increasing the educational effectiveness of the lesson in school. The objective of the Conference was to discuss the results of experimental investigations of this problem, conducted during the past school year in secondary schools Numbers 27 and 85 in Kazan by the Educational Faculty of the V.
