Abstract: Information on several issues discussed at the 3rd European Biobed Workshop in Piacenza, Italy on August 30 to September 1, 2010 is presented. The workshop on biopurification systems (BPS) was organized by OPERA, a research center of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (USSC), Bayer Crop Science, and Laboratory of Crop Protection Chemistry of Ghent University. It features several BPS experts including Leticia Pizzul, Laura Coppola, and Christina Diez.
