Bringing Reform to St. Louis Schools.

The article focuses on the effort of a group of businessmen under the banner of the Citizen's School Improvement Committee to reform the administration of public schools in Saint Louis (SL), Missouri. The group has launched a campaign to elect four candidates to the 12-man SL Board of Education in an election slated for April 1953.
