Abstract

The article focuses on a tailored system for drug abuse intervention program in the U.S. A copy of an intervention program contact reporting form is presented to aid program directors in their formulation of a reporting and recording format necessary for the survival potential of their agency as well as possibly lessening funding problems from the federal government through the National Institute of Mental Health, the National Institute of Drug Abuse, and the National Institute of Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism. Consequently, a viable record and reporting system is vital in an intervention program to justify their request of funds and assure their continued existence.
