Abstract
- The article focuses on the declining trend in the sales and earnings posted by paper companies in the U.S. in the fall of 1957. The shares of paper products have lost around 25 per cent of the gain made during the upward trend between 1953 and 1956. Along with the trend, the author mentions that heavy institutional buying in the country had affected the paper shares floating supply.
