Political Best-Seller Reaches Stage.

The article focuses on the success of the political novel "Advise and Consent," written by journalist Allen Drury. The bestseller has been adapted for the stage by playwright Loring Mandel, and is set to open at the Cort Theatre in New York City on November 17, 1960 after opening earlier in New Haven, Connecticut and Washington.
