The Czech Compromise.

The article reports on the policy of moderate socialism and nationalization in Czechoslovakia. Under this policy, agriculture is not to be collectivized and cooperatives are not affected by nationalization decrees. Nationalized industries are national corporations with independent legal person status and are subject to the same regulations that affect private companies. Factory Works Councils are mandatory in all plants, nationalized or private.
