Abstract

The article offers information on the importance of manners and etiquette in personal branding and reputation management in business. It mentions that etiquette is the expression of acceptable behaviour in the society and good manners bring the perception for positive engagement in inter-company and interpersonal relationships. The article also suggests that a polite interaction in business meetings is through warm eye contact and firm handshakes.
