Going Native: A Report from the Taxing Edge of Academic Accounting.

The article offers the author's insights on the 2010 meeting of the American Tax Association (ATA) held on February 19-20 in Denver, Colorado regarding academic accounting. The author states that the meeting offered research-related speaking parts and accommodated the faculty who are uninterested in academic research. The author relates that the meeting also offered advantages to those people with sub-disciplinary identity and gave researchers choices which are essential in accounting research.
