Abstract
- The article presents information on the findings of a research on bucks according to which longer a buck lives, the more his territory shrinks. The study was conducted by former chief biologist on South Texas Mickey Hellickson. The study also found that territory shrinkage holds for core areas, too, with old bucks averaging just 151 acres.
