A tough professor climbs aboard.

The article features Paul Cherington, former James J. Hill Professor of Transportation with the Harvard Business School, who has taken up a new post as the Transportation Department's Assistant Secretary for Policy & International Affairs as of April 1969. It states that Cherington used to work at the Civil Aeronautics Board in the 1940s, and was United Research Incorporated's president at one point.
