Abstract

The article features some notable people in the second administration of U.S. President Franklin Roosevelt. Felix Frankfurter continues to be the top economic adviser but not included in the government payroll. Roosevelt likes the job Morris L. Cooke did in Rural Electrification and in the drought survey. Meanwhile, Frank C. Walker is being considered for postmaster general but there is a probability that he will not take any government position.
