Abstract
- The article reports on events and changes related to the judicial system of several countries including Australia, Canada and Great Britain. It states that Victoria and New South Wales released publications that recommend changes to the complex trial system of Australia on criminal cases. It adds that the Law Society published reports regarding evidence presentation in England and the European Union (EU). Moreover, it offers information on the Coroners and Justice Act of 2009 of Great Britain.
