Abstract
- This article presents an abstract for the paper "Group Management, European Style," by F. Newton Parks. Parks starts by noting that despite the expansion of various forms of group management in the U.S., management in the country rarely, if ever, abandons the basic principle of one final authority. The decision-making process in collegial management varies from company to company but it has certain common characteristics.
