Abstract

Great Brtitain concluded some treaties that will remove third parties from various markets in spite of the tariff truce agreed upon by 8 nations. The French deplored the logic behind U.S. President Franklin Roosevelt's disarmament speech, saying that peace can only be assured by an inviolable pact between powerful nations.
