Assesses the shedding frequency of cytomegalovirus (CMV) in saliva, the distribution of CMV glycoprotein B genotypes and the occurrence of CMV diseases in HIV-seropositive patients without CMV. Comparison of the detection of CMV culture between saliva and blood; Information on the genotype of CMV in the saliva; Number of patients who developed CMV disease.
