New global distributions in number theory and their applications.

Consideration of an example corresponding to the partition of integers results in revision of certain physical concepts. A substantial term is added to the Bose-Einstein distribution. The notion of 'fractional dimension' is introduced. Some effects considered earlier as pure quantum effects are explained from the classical standpoint.
