The International Society for Music Education Meeting in Tokyo.

The United States and the Music Educators National Conference were well represented at the International Society for Music Education meeting in Tokyo, Japan. President of the MENC, Alex H. Zimmerman, presided at a general session. Executive Secretary of the MENC, Vanett Lawler, as ISME Treasurer, had an official role to play. Many professionally excellent papers were read by delegates from the United States.
