Abstract

The Institute of Nuclear Energy Research (INER) in Taiwan had established a 100 kW HCPV power generation system in October, 2007. After operating for 16 months, the optical-electro conversion efficiency of the system downgraded from 23.5% to 20.7%. This report analyzes the root causes of HCPV module efficiency degradation and provides some solutions to overcome the problems. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
