Abstract

The article offers information on passing the Combined Admissions Test (CAT), which is required for those wishing to enter any of the Indian Institutes of Management's (IIM) schools. It states that the exams are not about cramming, but a form of mind game, requiring regular, consistent practice and proper time management skills. It advises examinees to keep up with current events, to read at least five to six diverse articles every day, and to learn 15 new words and idioms daily. It also advises taking regular mock tests, but cautions against burn out.
